subscriptions, monitoring services, connected care features, and related support.
Use of Services
AevaAlert provides smart medical alert devices and connected care support.
Users must follow all installation, usage, testing, and account requirements
provided with the device or service plan.
Monitoring and Notifications
Monitoring services may involve contacting listed responders, family contacts,
emergency services, or other designated contacts when a response condition is received.
Payment and Subscription
Customers are responsible for all charges related to purchases, subscriptions,
renewals, taxes, service fees, and any past-due amounts. Subscription billing may
continue until cancelled according to AevaAlert cancellation procedures.
False Alarms and Access
Customers may be responsible for false alarm fees, permit requirements, forced entry
damage, or other costs caused by device activation, emergency response, or local
authority requirements.
Equipment
Equipment must not be modified, repaired, misused, or damaged through negligence.
Lost, stolen, modified, or negligently damaged devices may not qualify for free replacement.
Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
AevaAlert products and services are provided subject to the applicable service agreement,
warranty terms, disclaimers, and limitation of liability provisions.
